This Privacy Policy explains how Vista Management Inc. and Vista Construction Inc. (collectively, "Vista", "we", "us") collect, use, disclose and protect personal information about visitors to this website and individuals who contact us. We comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (the "Quebec Privacy Act", as modernized by Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as applicable.

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, areas of interest and the message or property information you choose to share.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to:
- respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement;
- maintain a record of business communications;
- operate, secure and improve the website; and
- comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Third-party service providers
We rely on a small number of vetted service providers to operate the site and deliver email, including hosting and serverless infrastructure, our database and authentication provider, and a transactional email provider used to deliver contact-form notifications. How long we keep it
We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our business communications, and then for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and legal rules. After that, the information is securely deleted or anonymized.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to personnel who need it to do their work.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent to further use of your information, or ask us about the categories of third parties with whom we share information.
